2024-2025 Ranger Club

Ranger Club is our annual fundraising campaign for families of current Rangers where each dollar you give directly impacts BWF by providing our Rangers countless resources and learning opportunities while supporting our teachers and staff. Our goal is always 100% participation by our families in Ranger PTO. You can join by giving at one of our Ranger Club Levels which comes with additional benefits OR you can join with a $25 annual membership. As a member of Ranger PTO, you will have access to our online school directory for the current school year. 

Past Ranger Club donations have allowed the Ranger PTO to provide the following:

• Creation of and enhancements to spaces for all Rangers to enjoy, such as: the library, Ranger Room, lunchroom, gym, sensory trails in the hallway, and water refilling stations
• Allocations to teachers to support learning 
• Signage, technology, and communication system enhancements throughout the school 
• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) materials including robotics, Beebots, Ozobots, Osmos, iPads, and Dash and Dots
• Teacher and Staff Appreciation
• Interactive screens in classrooms
• Outdoor learning and play spaces, such as: Ranger Park, the garden, the lower grade courtyard, and the back carpool lunch and learning space
• Resource updates for musical education and fine arts programming for our students
• Future opportunities, such as: broadcasting production equipment, creative space updates with 3D printing, student locker updates, and PE program enhancements

Note: Sponsor benefits, including registrations and tickets, are non-transferable and are to be used by the sponsoring family or business only. Refunds will not be issued for events we are unable to host/have.

Diamond ($5,000) (includes all benefits of levels below)

• 4 reserved seats to all applicable programs for all your Rangers PLUS 2 reserved seats to 6th Grade Graduation (for 6th grade parents only)
• 2 reserved parking spots during all applicable programs for all of your Rangers, including 6th Grade Graduation
• 1 reserved parking spot during your choice of Ranger Run, Forest Fling, or Grand Day

• 1 reserved parking spot during all applicable programs for all of your Rangers, including 6th Grade Graduation
• 2 Tickets to “A Night in the Forest” Auction

Gold ($1,000) (includes all benefits of levels below)

• 2 reserved seats to 6th Grade Graduation (for 6th grade parents only)

Blue & Green ($250)

• Entry fee for all of your Rangers to Ranger Run and Forest Fling

Payments may be made online or with a check. To pay online, click here. If you would like to pay with a check, please fill out this form and return it along with a check made out to Ranger PTO and mail to PO Box 43751, Birmingham, AL 35243, OR drop in the PTO Lock Box in the BWF Front Office. 

Forms and payments must be submitted by the deadlines listed below in order to receive full benefits.

DEADLINES: 

• Logos for carpool tags are due to Elizabeth Humphreys, elizabeth.m.humphreys@gmail.com, by August 9, 2024.
• Logos for spirit shirts, banners, and in-school screens are due to Elizabeth Humphreys, elizabeth.m.humphreys@gmail.com, by September 6, 2024. Please indicate if you have a website for us to be able to add a hyperlink to your logo on our website. 
• Marketing materials to be sent home to each BWF student must be approved by the BWF Principal. BWF has approximately 580 students. These materials must be provided by the business sponsor. Examples include but are not limited to the following: printed advertisements, coupons, cups, pens, frisbees. Please email your plan for materials (a picture and/or attachment) to Elizabeth Humphreys, elizabeth.m.humphreys@gmail.com, by September 6, 2024. Once your item(s) are approved, please provide your items by September 16, 2024 to be included in our bags for Ranger Run week.
